We require that all returns are sent via UPS or FedEx where you can track and insure your package. In order to return your purchase, a Return Authorization (RA #) number is required. Please contact Customer Care with the tracking number(s) for your returned item(s) so we can ensure it is received at our designated warehouse and credit is issued accordingly.
