30 Day In Home Trial

If you are not 110% completely satisfied with your purchase after our 30 Day In-Home-Trial period, you have the option of exchanging or returning it for a full refund of the purchase price. This trial period begins from the date of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this 30 Day In-Home-Trial period. As mentioned in our Return Policy, we cannot accept returns on clearance, personalized and custom-made items, unless the item is damaged or defective. In this case, a replacement will be provided. Shipping charges on all ElegantRugs.com purchases are free. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We require that all returns are sent via UPS or FedEx where you can track and insure your package. In order to return your purchase, a Return Authorization (RA #) number is required. Please contact Customer Care with the tracking number(s) for your returned item(s) so we can ensure it is received at our designated warehouse and credit is issued accordingly.
