Return Policy

At ElegantRugs.com, our valued customers is our greatest asset. Our goal is 100% satisfaction from our customers. Our No Hassle Return policy gives you the peace of mind to enjoy your purchase for 30 days from delivery. If you are not 110% completely satisfied with your order, for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price. We cannot accept returns on clearance, personalized and custom-made items, unless the item is damaged or defective. In this case, a replacement will be provided. Shipping charges on all ElegantRugs.com purchases are free. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We require that all returns are sent via UPS or FedEx where you can track and insure your package to ensure a safe return to our warehouse.

Return / Exchange Procedure

In order to return/exchange your purchase, a Return Authorization (RA) number is required. To receive your RA #, please email returns@elegantrugs.com or contact Customer Care at 1.800.653.4730. Please include your Order #, Name and Billing address in your email for a prompt response. All returns must be wrapped in its original packaging (or similar), with the RA # attached or noted on the return label as a reference number.

Elegant Rugs highly recommends insuring your returned items for its full purchase price in the event of loss or damage while in transit to our designated warehouse. Lost or damaged items while in transit to Elegant Rugs are the sole responsibility of the consumer. You are also responsible for filing a claim with the freight provider in the event of loss or damage while in transit.

Returns sent without an RA # will incur a 15% service fee by the supplier that will then be deducted from your credit. In addition, returns received after 30 days from delivery date will also incur a 15% service fee by the supplier and will be deducted from your credit. Once again, as stated in the Return Policy, we cannot accept returns on clearance, personalized and custom-made items, unless the item is damaged or defective. In this case, a replacement will be provided.

Please note that it may take up to 20 business days for credit to be issued for returns. In most cases, credits will be issued within 10 business days once items are received at our designated warehouse. In few cases, it may take up to 20 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
