Elegant Rugs is proud to announce that all orders within the 48 contiguous states are processed with FREE UPS/FedEx ground service. While our competitors have a minimum order requirement to qualify for Free shipping, Elegant Rugs stands above the rest and delivers the best, for Free. In addition, please note that Elegant Rugs does not charge any “processing” or “handling” fees to your orders. We believe in providing the best items at the lowest prices possible. These fees are outrageous and no one deserves to have to pay more to have their order processed. This is just another way in which Elegant Rugs stands above the competition. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or anywhere else in the world. Also, we do not ship to P.O. Box. We apologize for the inconvenience and do have plans to offer these shipping options in the near future.

Delivery Time

Elegant Rugs has priority order processing arrangements with all of our suppliers.  This means that once your order is submitted at our ecommerce store, it will be processed within one to three business days.  However, depending on availability of your order, UPS / FedEx ground service will take approximately 5 – 10 business days to delivery your order based on your location.  Please feel free to contact Customer Care for order status at orders@elegantrugs.com or toll-free at 1.800.653.4730.  Please note that in many cases, orders with multiple items will ship separately.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped and a tracking # is generated, you will automatically receive an email with this information.  Please check with www.ups.com or www.fedex.com for delivery status.  Their enhanced tracking systems will tell you precisely when your order is scheduled for delivery. If for any reason your tracking # is giving an error, please contact Customer Care at 1.800.653.4730 so that we can resolve this matter as soon as possible and ensure your order is delivered.

Inspect Your Order

If for any reason, upon receipt of your order, the package has signs of damage, please refuse the shipment and contact Customer Care at to bring this matter to our attention. We will then submit a replacement order and resolve the matter with the supplier. Once you have received your items, please inspect them thoroughly to make sure you have received the correct item(s) and that there is no damaged item(s). All orders will include a packing slip of the items included in the shipment. If you are missing any item(s) that is listed on the packing slip or you have received an item damaged, please contact Customer Care within three business days to report the shortage/damage. Elegant Rugs will not honor any claims made three business days after the delivery date.
